The Team
Three generations serve your varied and changing needs.  Terry leads this team from the center, drawing on Betty’s experience and Becky’s fresh approach.  Terry and Betty offer personal knowledge of the Hampton Roads area and understand the needs of families.  Becky is tuned to the needs of singles and young professionals.

When Terry first earned her real estate license in 1985, she was a young mother of Alan and Becky.  She was interested in helping family and friends with their real estate needs.  Terry graduated from Great Bridge High School. She is still helping family and friends with their housing needs.  Over the years clients have become friends, and now refer their circle of family and friends to her.

Terry has a special interest in helping senior citizens who may decide it is time for a change.  Perhaps it is time to be near family, or health concerns may make new living arrangements necessary.
If you or someone you know needs help when this time comes, you will find Terry is very patient. She listens carefully and understands that your situation is unique; she will be sensitive to your timetable, and to the difficulty of this decision.

As Terry has helped so many people sell properties and find homes, she has earned many awards.

 

Becky Lowry

 

Becky grew up in the Hickory section of Chesapeake and graduated from Hickory High School.

The Real Estate business has always been part of her life. When her mom Terry was working, sometimes Becky accompanied her, and when the time was right, she decided to join Terry as an agent.

Becky’s generation is now becoming first time home owners and she has the understanding of what her contemporaries want, she has the energy, the enthusiasm to search for that special property, and with her outgoing, friendly manner, she is helping many realize their dream for a home of their own.

 

Betty Peterson

Virginia has been home for 46 years for Betty and her husband, Pete.  They came to Virginia for a job and stayed because they love living here.

When Betty was considering changing jobs from customer service in 1997, Terry said:  “I’ll make you a deal.  If you will join me in real estate sales, I’ll go from working part time to full time as an agent.”  So, Betty studied hard, earned her license and joined Terry at Womble Realty, now Rose and Womble Realty.  Together they have had a wonderful time.  Meeting new clients, fitting the house to the family or timing the sale of a listing to the owner’s needs has been so rewarding.

 

In 2007, Becky joined the group and she and Terry are mostly responsible for listing and showing property and all the 101 unnoticed but necessary tasks for taking a contract from offer to closing.  Betty usually researches values and generally helps keep things on track.    All three are available to assist you at any time, in any way to meet your real estate needs.
